Roxanne & Daneel : Delsma

Every wedding is my favourite wedding! Jokes aside, every wedding is unique and special. I feel good when I have been able to interpret the couple's vision for their special day. I have looked at their ideas, from pinterest, magazines etc. We have discussed various ideas and different styles and ultimately come up with something that will work.

The minute I met Daneel & Roxanne I just knew that I wanted to be part of their special day. Glowing with love for eachother they explained what their hopes and dreams were for the 08th March 2014. So relaxed and loving in eachother's and my company. They made it clear that they had a budget and they were going to stick to it. A visit to the venue helped us to confirm what aspects of decor should be prioritised. Lighting transforms spaces and Daneel & Roxanne approached Goeters, who offer some unique and different lighting options. They decided to have naked bulbs at different heights over the two long tables, each seating 40 guests, that would grace the venue at Delsma Farm Estate. For something a little rustic they opted for branches hanging over the bridal table. As there were to only be two long tables we decided that a dancefloor was really necessary as it would help to pull the room together.

Unbelievable detail in all aspects of the decor. Everything pretty in pinks, splashes of baby blue and white. A casual but chic table with an eclectic selection of vases, crystal candlesticks and floating candles. Placemats and placenames designed by Melissa, Pretty in Stains personalised each setting. Just to put the cherry on the cake a really gorgeous candy table stood at the entrance of the room with two large flower arrangements uplit with LED's. Love, warmth and happiness radiated around the room embracing Daneel & Roxanne..
